Carolyn Richey Robinson

Carolyn Richey Robinson, 67, of Sour Lake, died Friday, August 3, 2012, at home. A lifelong resident of Sour Lake, she was born on October 20, 1944, to Mary Hardie Richey and Arthur Isaac Richey.
Survivors include her husband of forty-seven years, Martin Ray Robinson; daughter, Marilea Robinson; brother, Joe Richey; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews and also leaves behind many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A gathering of Mrs. Robinson’s family and friends will be from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday, August 5, 2012, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, August 6, 2012, at First Baptist Church-Sour Lake, with interment to follow at Rosedale Cemetery.
