My thoughts and prayers are with Dr. Huber's family. Not only was he my doctor for several years, he was also a dear friend. He and my mother battled the same type of cancer. He gave me so much information on what I should expect during my mom's illness, which may it easier for me as she slowly passed away. Dr. Huber is no longer in pain. My heart breaks for all of his loved ones.

Tighe and I were great friends in the late 70's through the 80's. We sailed, together, went snow skiing together every year, etc. We even went to Aspen on a 2 week vacation together where he and I met Miss World. Tighe got the phone number. I remember his hard work building homes as an owner of K&H Construction. Good Memories, old friend. Condolences to your family.

I had already been doing mammograms yearly, but for 2 years I had been lax. On a visit to Dr Huber he refused to refill some medication for me if I did not go get my yearly mammogram. He even had office make appt for me... because of that appt I found out I had breast cancer. I was only 49 and had no family history, there was no reason to think I would get it . Because he cared enough to force me to get the mammogram I am alive today !! I am so happy I told him that years ago ... thank you again Dr Huber .. RIP
