I did Judys hair for many many years, she was more than a client she was a true friend and like a mom to me she always asked about my kids and grandkids and loved me like one of her own and I will cherish her in my heart forever. What and angel heaven has gained she was a true angel on this earth. Rest in peace my beautiful friend, until we meet again,.

If god would have placed more women like Judy on this earth the world would be a much better place. She was a friend to anyone, a stranger to no one, a shoulder to cry on, a smiling face to laugh with, an awesome cook to feed anyone in need. She was my mother-in-law, my mother, and most of all a wonderful friend whom I could call at anytime for advice. Judy (mom) you put up a good fight over the past year and a half but now it is time for you to rest. Although you will be missed horribly, we will all have comfort in knowing you are still watching over us from heaven.

Thinking of our friendship that has lasted a lifetime, we've been through so much together; the good, the bad and the ugly. But through it all, our friendship has been strong. Never awkward, always sweet, funny, poignant and caring. I've been one of the fortunate ones - to have had a lifelong friendship with Judy. No matter the distances we lived or the years that passed, we remained close. We laughed, we cried, we hugged, we cared. Missing Judy so much already and hoping that the family will dwell on the wonderful memories of her and always feel her in their hearts. See you on the other side, my dear friend. We will catch up then.

27 November 2020 at 16:44 | # My neighbor, my friend,, my family - who would talk to me on the phone for 6 hours with no breaks, Judy! I will miss her so, so, so much. But when she was healthy she did live. I recall a time Belinda, Judy and I took a drive in Belinda’s convertible on a beautiful southeast Texas day. We ended up at the river . The river was beautiful and it was getting hot in that convertible-I wanted to get in the water to cool off. Belinda was going to follow so, we dared Judy and she said no of course. As we were turning around Tim McGraw sang (very loud) “Live Like You Were Dyeing.” As it echoed over the river Judy said let’s go and to the river we went leaving clothes behind.. HaHaha! I can hear her right now explaining to God her version. We had some good times.. She fought long and hard and sometimes I thought she had a direct link to to Jesus. She had some powerful prayers. I love my neighbor and I know our Heavenly Father will take care of her but knowing Judy she will be trying to help because that’s what angels do!

I am so very sorry to hear of Judy's passing. She was always so wonderful to me when I was a teenager and treated me like a daughter. Although I haven't spoken to her in years, I have never forgotten her.
