Dorothy Husband
Dorothy McCauley Husband, 94, of Beaumont, died Saturday, October 27, 2018, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas-Beaumont. She was born on November 22, 1923, to Lela Pryne and Benjamin McCauley, in Beaumont.
Survivors include her daughter, Sharon Bagesse Galloway, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Donna Ivy and her husband, Dr. Roy Ivy; and Dina Galloway; brother, David Ray McCauley and his wife, Donna Mae; sister, Thelma Ann McCauley Luke and her husband, George; numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of other family members and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband, John Vernon Husband; parents; brothers, J.D., Conway, and Glover; sisters, Bennie Lee, and Texana.
A gathering of Mrs. Husband’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, October 29, 2018, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 30, 2018, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Beaumont.
