Edgar Doggett
Edgar Doggett, 76, of Silsbee, died on Monday, December 23, 2019. He was born on March 13, 1943, in Spurger, to Lola Lout Doggett and Edgar Doggett. Edgar proudly served his country in the United States Army in the DMZ (Demilitarized Zone).
Survivors include siblings, Ruben Doggett and his wife, Carolyn, of Silsbee; Jo Powell of Houston; and Janice Lack of Beaumont; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Darrell Doggett.
A committal for Mr. Doggett was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.

So sorry to hear about Edgar. I'm on of his transportation drivers that brought him Thanksgiving and Christmas plates every year. I truly loved Edgar and enjoyed his friendship for the past 13 years.
