James Douglas Cheshire
James Douglas Cheshire, 57, of Kountze, died Sunday, January 31, 2021. He was born on March 26, 1963, to Frances Lusk Cheshire and James B. Cheshire. James proudly served his country in the United States Coast Guard.
Survivors include his son, Heston Cheshire of Orange; mother, Frances Cheshire of Kountze; and siblings, Deborah Overstreet of Ashley, North Dakota; Cindy Reed and her husband, David and Diane Wilson and her husband, Rodney, all of Kountze; Tina Stanley and her husband, Larry, of Grapeland; and Clint Cheshire and his wife, Erica, of Kountze. He is preceded in death by his father, James B. Cheshire and sister, Missy Cheshire.
A gathering of Mr. Cheshire’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. His funeral service will be 12:00 p.m., Thursday, February 4, 2021, at Broussard’s, with his interment to follow at Old Hardin Cemetery, Kountze.
