JoAnn Westfall
JoAnn Westfall, 64, died Saturday, June 15, 2019, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. A native and lifelong resident of Beaumont, she was born February 2, 1955, to Betty Jo Wagstaff and Newton Richardson.
She always cared for others which is why she was naturally an extremely dedicated registered nurse. JoAnn was also a very loving mother. On Sunday afternoons, she enjoyed watching golf.
Survivors include her son, Matthew Barrows, of Port Neches and granddaughter, Ellie Barrows.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Betty Jo and Newton Richardson and brother, Virgil Richardson.
A gathering of Ms. Westfall’s family and friends will be from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 18, 2019, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery, Buna.

I’m so sorry to hear about JoAnn. I got to visit with her when she worked at Silsbee Oaks. My mom lived there. It was the first time since we were in school together at Evadale Elementary that I had seen her. Praying that God will comfort her family as only He can do. Christi Cowart Fling
