I am so sorry to hear about Bro. Roots, he had a beautiful heart and love for God and people. He will be missed, but he is in the arms of Jesus.

I met L. C. and Sandy when I was 18-19 years old. They were the most influential two people in my life. their amazing love for Jesus was most evident. In the way they lived and loved others. It was through them that my faith and deep love for Jesus grew stronger the more I was around them. L. C. had the sweetest spirit and kindest eyes I have ever seen....it was like you could almost see Jesus in his eyes. And of course Sandy’s sense of humor and that contagious laugh had me laughing so hard I would have tears rolling down my face from laughing so hard! To this day I have not met anyone who loved the Lord as much as L. C. and Sandy Roots. I was utterly devastated when I found out this morning that L. C. was gone and I didn’t get to say “see you soon L. C. and get one of his big hugs.. He smiled and leaped into Jesus’ arms as he heard: “ well done my good and faithful servant.” I will miss you so much even though I didn’t get to see you often, but just knowing you were here made me happy thinking I would pay you and Sandy a surprise visit. Two of my favorite people in the world! I love you.♥️♥️
