Mary Lichenstein

Mary “Bunnie” O’Hare Lichenstein, 91, of Beaumont, died Monday, July 22, 2019, at Brookedale Dowlen Oaks Senior Living, Beaumont. She was born on June 29, 1928, in Baltimore, Maryland, to Catherine Doherty O’Hare and Frank B. O’Hare. Bunnie retired as an executive secretary from Dollinger Steel after many years of employment.

She is survived by her children, Kathy Lynn Seguine and her husband, Ed, of Arroyo-Grande, California; Pat Lichenstein and his wife, Cher, of Glenwood Springs, Colorado; Sherry Arena and her husband, Joe, of Brookeland; and David Lichenstein and his fiancée, Charlotte Davis, of Beaumont; brother, Tom O’Hare and his wife, Vita, of St. Louis, Missouri; sister-in-law, Nicky O’Hare, of Webster, New York; grandchildren, Joey Arena and his wife, Nicole and Tiffany Arena and her wife, Tara, all of Beaumont; and great-grandchildren, Genevieve Arena, Anastasia Arena, and Mason Arena.

Bunnie is preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Richard O’Hare.

A gathering of Ms. Lichenstein’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with her funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 25, 2019, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. Her interment will follow at Guedry Cemetery, Batson.
