Patricia Asher
Patricia Ryan Asher, 78, of Lumberton, died Monday, April 6, 2020. She was born on January 20, 1942, in Killaloe, Ireland, to Margaret Grimes Ryan and Michael Ryan. Patricia became an American citizen in 1969.
Survivors include her children, Larry Asher and his wife, Bonny; Michael Asher, all of Lake Charles; Valerie Jones and her husband, Robert; Paul Asher and his wife, Rhonda; and David Asher, all of Lumberton; siblings, Mary Cantillon; Jackey Ryan and his wife, Carmel; Valerie Murray and her husband, Eugene; and Jerry Ryan, all of Ireland; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Freeman Asher; parents; and sister, Claire Connolly.
A family graveside service for Ms. Asher will be at Allison Cemetery, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
A celebration of Mrs. Asher’s life will be at a later date.
