Sandra Gillette

Sandra Gillette, 76, of Sour Lake, died Saturday, July 6, 2019. She was born on February 23,1943, in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, to Lillian Jones Nearing and Louis Nearing.

Survivors include her sons, Scott Gillette and his wife, Barbara, of Pennsylvania; Todd Gillette and his wife, Stephanie, of Sour Lake; and Adam Gillette and his girlfriend, Kelly Baughman, of Jacksonville, Florida; grandchildren, Austin Gillette; Alexsandra Gillette; Scott Gillette; Sophia Gillette; Kim Stine and her husband, Kevin; Carlotta Bunker and her husband, Adam; Brittney Ginn and her husband, Erick; Tiffany Aughtman; Brent Ables and his wife, Chasity; and Johnathon Lueck; great-grandchildren, Andrew Stine, Sebastain Paul Gillette, Caitlyn Stine, Haley, Skylar, Kayla, Matthew, Macen, Liam, Caden, Mckenzie, Austin, Lakeley, and Hazel Mae; mother, Dorothy Nearing of Pennsylvania; sisters, Jane Stewart and Dorothy Barth, both of Pennsylvania, and Andrea Spiezio of New York; brothers, Louis Nearing of Tampa, Florida, and Sam McKinney and John McKinney, both of Pennsylvania; and numerous nieces and nephews. Sandra is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Paul Gillette.

A memorial service for Mrs. Gillette will be at a later date, under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze. Cremation arrangements were handled by Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
