Manuel "Manny" Diego Cardoza

Manuel “Manny” Diego Cardoza, 17, of Beaumont, died Thursday, November 12, 2020. He was born on July 23, 2003, to Tristaca Monique Bell Cardoza and Juan Manuel Cardoza, III, in Beaumont.

Manny was the sweetest, most loving and gentle soul you would ever meet, he naturally loved to help others. He was fun loving, loveable and a complete joy to be around always! He loved to play video games with his brothers, help around the house, play saxophone, eat junk food and play outside with our beloved family pet, DeeBo, his niece and his nephew. When Manny was younger, he loved going to the beach and going swimming, something he and his siblings did quite often during the summers they spent together as children. Manny loved to do different impersonations when he made jokes, this always made his siblings laugh until their stomachs ached. He was the joy of our hearts and the light of our family, and he will be deeply missed by all his family. They are eternally grateful for all the memories, laughs and love they shared with Manny. May his memory live in their hearts forever. 

Survivors include his parents; sister, Aushanté Bell; brothers, Juan “Boogie” Cardoza, IV, Tristan Cardoza, Tiago Cardoza; aunts, Adrian Bell, Danette Bell, Stephanie Carter, Felecia Cardoza; uncle, Joseph Carter; numerous cousins and extended family members; nephews, Amir Bell and Kai Jackson; niece, Paven Kone; paternal grandparents, Juan Jr. and Belinda Cardoza; and paternal great-grandmother, Mickey Garza. 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Nancy and Freddie Bell; paternal grandparents, John and Emily Hammock.

A family committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.
