Susanne Mendez
Susanne Mendez, 68, of Silsbee, died Sunday, April 15, 2018. She was born on July 17, 1949, in Baytown, to Doris Poland Stephens and William Stephens.
Survivors include her children, Johnny Mendez and his wife, Mary, and Salvador Mendez, Jr., all of Silsbee; and William Mendez of Michigan; grandchildren, Brandon Mendez, Dakota Mendez, and Johnny Mendez, Jr.; sisters, Stephanie Stephens and Norely Scott; and nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Salvador Pedrosa Mendez.
Susanne’s graveside service will be 3:00 p.m., April 19, 2018, at Old Hardin Cemetery, Kountze, under the direction of Broussard’s, Silsbee.

Susanne was a very sweet lady. When I would take my mother to the grocery store Susanne made a point to speak to my mother. She was a hard worker. She will be missed.
